Thank you for choosing Sinoraa — we’re truly grateful that you’ve trusted us with your jewellery purchase. Our goal is simple: we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
1. Exchange Policy
Exchange Window
You’re welcome to exchange your jewellery within 7 days from the date of delivery — whether it’s for a different size or a new design you like better.
What we can help with
· Changing size or design (same value or higher — any difference can be settled easily).
· Replacing a wrong or defective item.
Items that cannot be exchanged
· Piercing jewellery (earrings, nose pins, etc.) unless there’s a genuine defect on arrival (for hygiene reasons).
· Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged.
How the exchange works

Let us know your order number and what you’d like instead (size/design).
2. We’ll quickly check availability and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
3. Please pack the jewellery safely in its original box, pouch, tags — everything it came with.
4. When our courier partner arrives, kindly record a short video of the sealed package being handed over and share it with us via WhatsApp (this helps both of us if any question ever comes up).
5. We’ll arrange free pickup for your first exchange.
6. Once we receive and check the item, we’ll send your new piece (usually within 3–5 working days).
A few kind notes
· The first exchange is on us — we cover both-way shipping.
· For any additional exchanges, we kindly ask you to cover the courier charges.
· We do our best to guide you on sizing, but the final choice is yours — we’re always happy to assist!
· Exchange is a special service we offer to make you happy — we may not be able to exchange it if the requested size/design is out of stock or the item doesn’t meet our quality check or the item is not able to be picked up due to courier unavailability.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 2 days from delivery only in these situations:
· You received the wrong item
· The product arrived damaged or defective
Items not eligible for return
· Change of mind after 2 days
· Used or worn jewellery
· Piercing jewellery (earrings, nose pins, etc.) unless defective on arrival (hygiene reasons)
How to return

Share your order number, photos, and a quick video showing the issue.
2. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging (box, pouch, tags — everything).
3. Record a short handover video when giving it to the courier and share it with us.
4. Send it back using a reliable trackable service (we’ll give you the address).
Shipping & charges
· If it’s our mistake (wrong or defective item): We’ll happily cover the return shipping.
· For other returns: We kindly ask you to cover the return courier + payment gateway charges.
Refund process
· Once we receive and inspect the item: We process your refund within 7 business days.
· Refund goes back to your original payment method (card, UPI, etc.).
· For COD orders: Refund is given as Sinoraa store credit / coupon.
3. Missing, Damaged or Wrong Delivery
If something seems wrong (empty box, missing piece, damaged item, wrong product):
· Please let us know within 12 hours of delivery.
· Send us a complete 360° unboxing video showing the package opening and contents.
· Without this video, unfortunately we won’t be able to process the claim. We’ll look into it carefully and arrange a replacement or refund based on the evidence.
4. Breakage After Use
Silver is a soft, beautiful metal that needs gentle care. We’re not able to cover breakage or damage that happens after you start wearing the piece. If repair is needed, we’re happy to help — just at the actual repair + shipping cost.
5. A Few Final Words
All decisions about exchanges, returns, and refunds are made with fairness in mind and remain at Sinoraa’s discretion. This policy may be updated from time to time — the latest version is always on www.sinoraa.in.
